Overall great but the settings need an improvement

I can see why many end users didn’t like the settings after using it. It’s really hard to figure things out once Game Mode is turned on. For example, I was trying to learn how to use the monitor properly by exploring the settings. There are two settings menus: one is the general settings, which is easy to access, but the other one is for Game Mode. It was extremely difficult to find the Game Mode settings (not the game settings under the general menu).
Long story short, I wasted an hour just trying to figure it out. Eventually, I found that toggling V-Sync on and off in the general settings was the only way to access the Game Mode settings after enabling V-Sync.
The overall quality of the monitor is really great, but the settings menu is poorly designed and should be more user-friendly.
Another thing I wish they had included is a PC audio output connection. That way, I could connect my Razer PC speakers directly to the Samsung monitor without constantly unplugging and replugging the speaker wires between my desktop and the monitor. I have to do this because if I want to use the speakers while using the Samsung Smart TV features on the monitor, I need to connect the speakers directly to the monitor’s USB port.
Unfortunately, when I do that, I can’t use the Razer software that controls my speakers, since it's only available on my desktop. So I really wish the monitor software could connect and control wired desktop devices directly. It would make using Smart Home features much more convenient.

Unbelievable monitor with deep, beautiful blacks, as well as high quality gaming. It may be be expensive, but I regret nothing, because holy cow is it amazing. There is so much to customize as well. Would recommend for sure.

The colors are vivid the resolution is perfect The only thing that was a downside was that didn't come with a display port to c type adapter which I had to go get which was kind of a nightmare.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality is amazing. I initially bought it purely for gaming and as a monitor but loving the smart features. Sound quality is good but ai am mostly hooking it to a soundbar. Black quality is good and as expected on an OLED panel. It definitely seems brighter than what it claims which was a surprise. Finding no issues in a well let room with overhead and front facing lights. Highly recommended

Great visuals - odd software choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for both work and gaming. The large screen enhances productivity and entertainment—sometimes at the same time!
However, the built-in software feels a bit unnecessary, especially when connected to a PC. On boot-up, it takes control of your keyboard unless you disable that feature (which I haven’t figured out yet). And as for quickly switching inputs—unless you’re using voice controls, it can be a bit of a hassle.
The visuals are stunning, but the software can be a drawback. Still, I’d recommend it and would definitely buy it again!
