I use this thing seven days a week and it works fantastic. I had a problem with the probe a couple months after I bought it. When I contacted them, I explained I had a flare up on the grill and that’s went it stopped working. They they walked me through a reset and a couple other things to try to make it work. After only a couple minutes, they said we will send you out a new one free of charge.

I feel like the connectivity on this thing is terrible I'm always losing connectivity and it struggles to reconnect, I'm not impressed
