The addition of making the probe immersible/machine washable plus the extra internal measuring points makes this a big improvement over the original. It's exceeded my expectations.

The Meater 2 Plus has been extremely helpful in cooking to a high standard and produced moist delicious meat to eat. It helps in getting the internal temperature of the meat to the required level and juiciness to please the senses and sight via look.

Great probe with lots of useful data. My only gripe is the connectivity occasionally drops out, even if you're next to it. I also get random alerts on my phone to say it's running (it isn't).

Only used about 8 times and seems to be pretty effective. I do feel that you need to pull off from the heat a little more than the 5 degree in the rest period. I have started pulling off 9 or 10 degrees earlier - is there a way to set this I wonder?
