Used this for the first time yesterday for Christmas dinner. This couldn't have made it any easier and the cook came out perfect. Even tells you when to take it out and how long to rest for.

I love the detailed temperature monitoring, notifications, and ease of use! I put the docking station inside the pellet hopper and my iPad inside the house to keep both dry. I never lose connection so long as I keep it within 50 feet. I downloaded the app on my iPad and my iPhone so I can monitor my meat temp from anywhere. I would absolutely buy this again.

Works ok when battery is charged but the battery is dead every time I go to use it. The single aaa battery doesn’t keep it charged.

I love the features this offers. The cook time estimate for each cut of meat it great! The one downfall, with the lid on my Dutch oven in the oven, the thermometer disconnected. In the oven with no lid worked ok!
