I’ve use the vacuum every day so far everything is great. I like the power and that the battery last for 70 minutes easy to charge.

Fun tool to use to vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free in order to share my honest review of it. The Shark PowerDetect Cordless Stick Vacuum works great on my floors. It features a long battery life, large dust capacity, easy to maneuver, a quieter noise level (the cat stayed on the couch), and has a button you press to easily vacuum under furniture. It has 3 levels for your floors: purple, lavender, and white. Purple I call the ultra dirty level, lavender is your getting there and white is all clean. It’s fun to see how dirty your floors are and how quickly it can clean them properly.

Better than competitors! Incredible vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Shark PowerDetect Cordless Stick Vacuum lately, and it’s been such a game-changer! First off, it’s super lightweight and easy to use—perfect for quick clean-ups and when I need to vacuum the whole house. The PowerDetect feature is amazing because it automatically adjusts the suction depending on what kind of floor I’m cleaning, which makes it way easier.
The removable battery is a huge plus, too! I love that I can pop it out to charge. On a full charge, I get around 40 minutes, which is plenty for my usual routine. It also converts into a handheld vacuum, which is so handy for furniture or those little hard-to-reach spots.
It’s powerful, pretty quiet, and super easy to empty. Overall, I’ve been loving it and highly recommend it if you’re looking for something versatile and convenient!

Powerful Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this vacuum has a lot of suction, as much as a corded one, I am not losing suction even as the battery is running down until it’s extremely low. It says up to 70 minutes, depending on the setting it’s definitely possible, I prefer the regular setting even though I didn’t notice any suction loss in the Eco setting. I haven’t had to boost the suction often but it’s a great feature to have. My favorite part, I can get underneath my beds and get all the dust bunnies I have missed, with a generous sized dust cup I can clean more before emptying the canister out. This is more than a stick vacuum, it’s a hand vac as well that allows me to get in corners and along baseboards but also in my baseboard heater fins. I love that the vacuum adjusts itself to different flooring without me doing anything but vacuuming. Perfect vacuum for pet owners and allergy sufferers with a roller that isn’t getting pet fur all tangled on it and with its ability to fold and get underneath beds for better cleaning.

Compact, lightweight, great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are tons of things I love about this vacuum. It is lightweight, so not heavy to carry around. It's not bulky, and gets even more compact because it folds over (see picture!) which makes it INCREDIBLY easy to store. The suction picks up tons of dirt and hair, and my carpets looked so much cleaner after just one pass! I would definitely recommend this vacuum
I docked a star because I find that dumping out the contents that the vacuum has picked up is a messy process. There isn't a great way to dump over a trash can with the way the compartment opens, so sometimes I drop some of the dust out on the floor.

Innovative vacuum that comes up short

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try the Shark Cordless POWERDETECT vacuum. The design is well thought out. The modes are intuitive and the mutli-purpose brush attachments are ingenious. The flex storage feature allows the vacuum to be stored in a stable upright manner. The vacuum cleaned fairly well on both carpet and hard surfaces. It doesn’t have as much cleaning power as a plug-in vacuum, but it had enough to pick up the visible debris on my floor. I was impressed with the battery life: it was sufficient to vacuum and dust a bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and stairs on a single charge. The detect mode Is a great feature and extends the battery life while still cleaning well. The main drawback to the vacuum was occasional difficulty in getting the floor nozzle to move across carpet. It seemed as if the brush rolls were resisting the direction I wanted to move the vacuum. This may be a design flaw related to the forward and reverse debris pick up.
After vacuuming, I detached the wand to try the handheld vacuum mode. I found myself easily swapping out the brush attachments depending on my needs. And I enjoyed the freedom of not having a power cord to drag along with me. However, after a short while my arm became tired from the weight of the hand vacuum. I suspect the large battery is to blame. I did find the dust cup hard to empty. I would’ve preferred the dust cup to release completely from the vacuum so I could carry it over to the trashcan or rinse it out. The front lights on the floor nozzle were super bright and helpful. However, I found the rear lights distracting as they turned on and off and switched from purple to white while vacuuming.
Overall, I give this vacuum 3 out of 5 stars. It cleans well for a cordless vacuum and is super versatile. However, it was difficult to move across the carpet and too heavy to use as a handheld vacuum.

This is the epitome of vacuums. The power detector is a game changer as it switches speeds and powers automatically. I’ve owned 5 different sharks and this one is awesome. Not noisy and can get a solid 4 complete cleans from one battery use. Can hold a good amount which is very important.

Great Addition to my Cleaning Routine

I love how the vacuum stores away in a small space. The one issue I don't like is that the vacuum suddenly stops if you're going from floors to carpet/rug. This than forces you to power it down a restart it. Other features I do love is that it starts ramping up once it detects dirt and the canister is very easy to dump out.
I would recommend this to a friend!
