Not that impressed.

I can’t believe someone designed this so it cannot stand upright on its own. That’s a huge drawback, and if I knew this, I would’ve never purchased it. Second, even though it says it goes backwards and forwards, if you have a tufted carpet like I do you have to lift it or it won’t move. Third, emptying the reservoir of the dust, etc., is really tricky. There’s really nothing online for this model and I probably spent two hours of my valuable time that I’ll never get back trying to figure out how to do it. I finally had to call!! Definitely feels like it weighs more than 4 pounds to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Waste of money

I don’t like this machine, and I regret purchasing it. It doesn’t vacuum hard floors, it won’t do rugs… it’s an expensive car cleaner, because the only mode that works is when it has the crevice tool on it. It can never decide what mode it wants to be in and is constantly switching sounds, while doing absolutely nothing. It literally only sucks up my low pile area rug or does nothing at all. It dumps out oddly and it gets EVERYWHERE, including all over you. The battery lasts about 22 minutes. I immediately am going back to my shark corded vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No good on carpets

Does not work well on carpet or rugs. I have to fight with it to the point I am afraid it will break. Even on eco with lower suction. I have the same problems. I can push it sometimes but most of the time it won't work. These are low pile rugs and warpets. Wish that I would have bought something else.

Doesn't work on area rugs

Disappointed. I am considering returning. Works well everywhere except on our large area rugs. It is impossible to use carpet mode on them. This is our second Shark cordless vacuum. We had no issues whatsoever with our other Shark. How is this an improved model with less functionality since the new model won't work on area rugs? Huge flaw!

Hairless despite long-haired dogs

This is my third Shark and my first cordless.
It’s OUTSTANDING! I love the hairless brush (3 dogs and 2 cats) that doesn’t collect hair on the brush. It’s fantastic! Cleaning the chamber is a breeze. It detects pockets of dust and dirt automatically so the battery life is extended.
I love my Sharks!

Good vacuum

The thing I don’t like is you can’t have it on full power if you want. I tried vacuuming my couch and there was hardly any suction because it didn’t detect any dirt. Also I would like to use allot of power on hard woods but it automatically goes to echo or regular power. Need to fix this glitch!!!

Wanted to love it but.....

I've had this a few months now and I'm really regretting not returning it. Shark has always been my go to for vacuums but this one I'm just not happy with. Having 2 mastiffs, children and a bird I really need a good vacuum. I don't like the way it goes on low suction on hard floors because it's not enough. The empty bin gets stinky, even with the odor "neutralizer ". Just very unhappy customer
