Not that impressed.

I can’t believe someone designed this so it cannot stand upright on its own. That’s a huge drawback, and if I knew this, I would’ve never purchased it. Second, even though it says it goes backwards and forwards, if you have a tufted carpet like I do you have to lift it or it won’t move. Third, emptying the reservoir of the dust, etc., is really tricky. There’s really nothing online for this model and I probably spent two hours of my valuable time that I’ll never get back trying to figure out how to do it. I finally had to call!! Definitely feels like it weighs more than 4 pounds to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good cordless vacuum

My only complaint is the size of the reservoir. It's tiny and I find myself emptying it all the time, but other than that, it works great

Hairless despite long-haired dogs

This is my third Shark and my first cordless.
It’s OUTSTANDING! I love the hairless brush (3 dogs and 2 cats) that doesn’t collect hair on the brush. It’s fantastic! Cleaning the chamber is a breeze. It detects pockets of dust and dirt automatically so the battery life is extended.
I love my Sharks!

Good vacuum

The thing I don’t like is you can’t have it on full power if you want. I tried vacuuming my couch and there was hardly any suction because it didn’t detect any dirt. Also I would like to use allot of power on hard woods but it automatically goes to echo or regular power. Need to fix this glitch!!!

Wanted to love it but.....

I've had this a few months now and I'm really regretting not returning it. Shark has always been my go to for vacuums but this one I'm just not happy with. Having 2 mastiffs, children and a bird I really need a good vacuum. I don't like the way it goes on low suction on hard floors because it's not enough. The empty bin gets stinky, even with the odor "neutralizer ". Just very unhappy customer

Works well but heavy.

I've had this one week. Cleans really good, better then my old Dyson. It's a little heavy, probably not a good choice for the elderly. Vacuum pushes hard on medium pile carpet, but returns easier. Works good on edging and tile. Wish it had a wall mount with charger.

The battery quality sucks. I currently have three non-working vacuums because Shark has not had any replacement batteries in stock, at least not since my initial purchase in February of 2025. Was just sent a whole "new" vacuum, my 3rd, on June 13th, took it out the box on June 14th and charged overnight only to have the battery die within the 1st 15 mins of use. Sent this trash back. Now I have 2 useless vacuums, taking up space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great vacuum but battery life is ehhhh

Works great! I have a older corded shark vacuum and this is great for not having to unravel the cord and use. Wish the battery lasted longer, if it did it would definitely get 5 stars.
