Disappointed

I had this vacuum for 2 years and it just died. Despite cleaning of all the parts on a regular basis, it just stopped picking anything up last week. I have a cat and dog and specifically purchased this model based on reviews and ability to pick up the fur. Initially worked well but noticed the battery needed to stay on low power mode to clean my entire (one story) house of 1300sf. If I ran on high mode, which had better sucking power, it ran thru battery life and I could not finish the house. Also, I have LVP and very low pile rugs so I can’t see where the issue was that caused it to stop picking up debris. I had high hopes because of the quality of their kitchen appliances which are stellar but maybe they need to stick with that and leave vacuum cleaners to other manufacturers. It’s just too much money to spend and have such poor quality battery life and pickup power.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SHARK VACUUMS ARE SOME OF THE BEST VACUUMS AVAILAB

Shark is the leader in cordless vacuum cleaners. IMO, they are at least as good, if not better than Dyson and the other leading cordless vacuums available today. I cannot believe how he vacuums have improved to have better battery life and better suction than previously available vacuums. I have a corded shark vacuum that while it is an excellent vacuum with the best suction, I just don't use it, because of having to plug and unplug and deal with the cord, when I can just pick grab this cordless vacuum, which is lighter weight and easier to maneuver and I find that I use it more often because it's so available and easy to use. Excellent product that I highly recommend and shark stands behind everything we buy.

Needs onboard tool attachmemt

I would give it five stars but there is no onboard tool attachment. Do better, Shark. If someone on Etsy with a 3D printer can figure out how to do this surely you can.
