No good on carpets

Does not work well on carpet or rugs. I have to fight with it to the point I am afraid it will break. Even on eco with lower suction. I have the same problems. I can push it sometimes but most of the time it won't work. These are low pile rugs and warpets. Wish that I would have bought something else.

Awful in every way.

The absolute worst vacuum I’ve ever owned. I wish I could give it negative stars. The battery life is terrible, but that’s the least of its problems. The suction power is not good, the accessories like the brush are not functional, it seems designed to fail because as soon as you apply any pressure to it the brush falls down. The “auto adjust” doesn’t work properly and just makes general daily vacuuming incredibly frustrating. We had an old shark corded stick vacuum that was half the price and worked 3x as well. The battery dies so quickly that I can’t even make it through one room and when I do attempt to sit it against a wall anywaywhere to charge, it immediately slides down and slams to the floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

PIECE OF JUNK!

I own a corded Shark vacuum, and two of their steam mops. I have used Shark products for over 20 years and have recommended them to friends and family. They have, until now, been the leaders in the industry. I purchased this product with great expectations based on reviews and the cost of the unit. It took some time to assemble, and I charged it overnight and was very excited to try it. It’s an absolute piece of junk. It has very little suction power regardless of what setting it’s on. It does not work on flat area rugs no matter how small or how large. It’s extremely loud when it empties, so if you have dogs or cats who are at all sensitive to noise, forget about it. After one use, this thing is going back in the box and back to Shark. I do not recommend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great vacuum, lousy battery

This will be a great vacuum cleaner for someone who lives in a small studio sized apartment or tiny home. Anything larger buy two, or better yet a corded vaccum.
This vaccume cleans well and picks up everything, however the battery run time is atrocious, especially when using the boost mode. Shark claims this vaccum has a 70 min run time when using the Eco mode. the Eco mode does not pick clean as well so you end up going over the same area multiple times. I get about 30 mins max run time before the battery needs to be recharged.

Best vacuum ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have long hair like me you need this vacuum. This vacuum picks up dirt and hair so well. I have hard surface with rugs. It is so easy to use, i don’t have to adjust the height of the brush roll. I just glide right over the rugs and into the hard floors. It’s great. The suctioning is 10/10. The brush roll has no hair wrapped around it. Not one. That is a game changer. I’m so happy I never have to get scissors out and clean the brush roll.

Efficient and Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is this Shark a great looking vacuum but it really works very efficiently. I love it. After giving my husband a haircut, I used the vacuum to clean up and clean it did. No trace of hair left on floor. Easy to use and lightweight. I think this might be the best vacuum I have ever used in my 60 years. Love it and would definitely recommend it. Not sure how long the charge lasts but I am sure it will be plenty for the average house. Easy to put together out of box. Love the accessory tools.
