Great Vacuum

I’ve had my PowerDetect Cordless vacuum a little over a month and I really love it and it’s light weight compared to my Dyson which was a nightmare but the only drawback with the cordless is our house is big and I do run the battery down even before i finish the downstairs but I’ll just buy a extra battery so I can do everything I need to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Could be better

I really wanted to love this vacuum, however I have had to call support three times and have things replaced. The suction is good, I don’t think it’s anything crazy for the carpet, but I have a lot of hardwood and it’s great for that. However, it cannot run on rugs. There is no option to lighten the suction like there is on the lift away vacuum, so it just tries to eat the rug, and then ultimately powers off. This could just be the one I have which I believe is a dud. The canister fills up super fast which honestly isn’t a big issue, but hair and debris gets wrapped around the cylinder filter (conveniently located in a terrible place to access), and then the suction is considerably less and often the vacuum will shut down. I can only do half of my apartment before the filter is covered and the vacuum isn’t working correctly. Now the reason for three stars- lightweight, easy to maneuver, easy to get under chairs and the couch, can detach and make it like a giant DustBuster. The potential is there, it’s just not worth the price you pay.

One setting that may help specifically with rugs is Eco Mode. You can switch to Eco Mode by using the trigger located under the handheld. While still providing effective cleaning performance, Eco Mode delivers a gentler suction level that’s easier to maneuver and less aggressive on carpets and rugs. It’s actually the recommended setting for throw rugs, as it helps prevent the vacuum from grabbing the fabric and powering off.

This vacuum maneuverable and it has high-quality high-powered suction it cleans the floor really fast and good. It’s easy to store. This product is amazing. Amazing at keeping your floors and carpet clean.

Very good vac

This "little" vacuum is anything but little: it's much bulkier and heavier than my old one...but then, it does a MUCH better job at cleaning than my old one, too! Overall, I'm happy with it...I just wish it were a little bit lighter weight, and that it could be mounted on the wall rather than taking up floor space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not a good product- Shark Detect

I bought the Shark Detect over a year ago and it is always getting clogged up. The pole is too small to handle any dog hair. I have a beagle and her short hair will clog the pipe up. I am so disappointed because my other vacuum is awesome. Stay away from the Shark Detect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful vacuum for new tile hose

I purchased this model for my 100% tiled home. It works great. I previously used a Shark Professional upright that still works great for rugs and bare floors. But because I have new tile, I wanted the extra dual cleaning heads for that extra clean. Share never disappoints.
