Not what I expected :-(

The battery doesn't last very long which means I can't finish vacuuming before I have to charge it again... I like the idea that it bends to go under the furniture however it makes it harder to use on carpet because it constantly bends.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this last summer and tried really hard to like it. The suction isn’t as good as expected and I often use it on the stronger mode for just normal cleaning. It also takes a few seconds for the side suction along edges to kick into gear, and you end up missing most of the edge. Attachments are easy to lose as you can’t connect them. They also aren’t great. I’d return it if I could but I missed the window.

Do not buy!!

I’ll give it 2 stars for the handle to fold down to where you can vacuum under couches etc, but the suction on this does not even compare to a very popular brand that I have always had. I have had the other brand for years, and my mother in law and I talked about buying this one due to it being way cheaper in price than the other brand and I regret it 100%. The highest suction setting doesn’t even pick up dirt along the edges of the wall and floor, nor does it pick up any dirt around furniture, the bottom of the cabinets etc. I have to go back around and sweep what it didn’t even pick up. The other well known brand is by far way better than this. If you’re going to spend hundreds on a vacuum cleaner, you might as well just splurge and get the other brand!!! I am in my 60 days, and returning!!

Nice vacuum

It works great, but I only have a few things that dropped the rating. I have a difficult time taking the vacuum apart. I push the button but have to pull pretty hard to get it to come apart. It does not work well with throw rugs. As far as I can tell, there is no way to lower the suction to vacuum these rugs. They get sucked up every time. I also need to figure out and fine-tune using the multi-flex option. I love the idea; I just need to use it more. On a positive note, it does get up a lot of dust/dirt and works well on my LVT floors and area rugs. That part I love. So overall, I would purchase again.

Cleans beyond expectation!

I bought this a little over a month ago. I have three dogs, and keeping up with the cleaning is no small task! This vac has left me more than satisfied. I am amazed at how much hair and dirt it picks up for being a cordless. I run the vac every day before bed and it leaves me speechless every day by how well it does the job. The best part though is the flexible wand. It makes cleaning 1000 times easier after a hard day.
