This is my second Cordless shark, absolutely in love with this product. Works wonderfully, picks up lots of dog hair and long battery life. I have had Dyson and would pick Shark 100 times over!

Do not buy if you have washable rugs!

Very disappointed! I have two piece washable rugs and this vacuum is useless on them. There is no way to start the vacuum with the suction on the lower level and the vacuum lifts the rug, then is so sensitive to snags that it shuts off immediately even though I can barely tell the rug has lifted. Turn off, turn on, try to do a small section, over and over..: impossible. I can now only clean my rugs with the handheld vacuum which is incredibly time consuming and doesn’t do a good job. I previously had a Shark Pet stick vacuum which never had this issue. I bought this replacement when the plastic stick broke and wasn’t available for replacement. Waste of money! I wish I had just re-ordered the pet vacuum and saved myself the money. Now I’m looking for another option. So frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst vacuum I’ve ever purchased.

Worst vacuum I’ve ever purchased. I’ve owned it for about a month and I could not be more disappointed. The “up to 70 minute runtime” could not be further from the truth. Mine lasts 15 minutes and that is on hardwood floors the entire time (auto detect setting). If it is used on carpet the run time is even worse and I’m lucky to get 1 room finished. On rugs the vacuum won’t even move. This is my first shark product that I’ve ever purchased and I had always heard such good things about them but I could not be more disappointed. I will not be purchasing another shark product after this experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible battery

Used probably a dozen times since we bought it a month ago. Does the job well until the battery dies. Battery lasts at most 25 minutes on the power detector mode. My wife and I have different opinions about corded vs battery, I agreed to give battery a shot. This vacuum just made me favor corded even more than before.

Great suction

I have had this vacuum for at least a year. We have LVP. I go around with the hand vac first to pick up dog hair around the edges first. Even though it cleans the roller over time the hair will collect. The rollers are easy to clean though. It has very powerful suction. We only have small throw rugs in front of doors and the suction is amazing but it yanks out threads from rug which ruin roller. These are cheap rugs. Not sure if using it on wall to wall would be good for it or rug. Wish it had a flexable hose attachment. Positives: It cleans great! Great suction. Easy to clean. Love the under furniture feature, love love. All and all great battery vac, happy I have it.
