This is a fantastic vacuum. For me, it was a gamechanger in terms of cleaning. I hated sweeping, vacuums with a cord got in my way, but this little baby makes me clean a lot more. Hassle free, no cords, a great suction, and it doesn't get all clogged up with my long hair or my pets' fur. I tried other cordless vacuums and this one outperformed the others by a long shot. I love this baby.

Been using on cleaning combination of wood, tile and rugs and based on amount of dog hair picked up, doing an excellent job. The power attachment works well on removing dog hair from side of couches also. So far I’ve been happy with product as far as power and cleaning abilities.

The Shark Cordless Vacuum with sensors is very effective at reducing the dust and visible soil. I like the portability, I would like the option of a second battery as at higher levels it reduces the battery life to less than 30 minutes.

I like this vacuum pretty well. I feel it does a bit better on carpet than on hard flooring, where the PowerDetect drops down the RPM's and the suction appears to be a bit less than I had expected. The charge holds up fine for a modest 1,250 square foot residence, and the smaller head size combined with it being cordless allows me to get around the furniture and nooks & crannies easier.
The small optional power tool works well for cleaning the stairs.

Lasting run time but missing key features I love.

I’ve had this for several months now. Our older Shark Duoclean finally needed to be replaced after 8plus years. I don’t like this one as much as our old one. Mainly because of two things: Our old one had little orange fringe on the bottom edge that would grab and pick up any crumbs that were up against the cupboard or wall. It also had a foot lever you could step on to release the beater bar head from the wand. This new vac has neither of these so it doesn’t get against the edge like I want it to, and it isn’t nearly as convenient to get the wand off. The battery does last quite a while, and the sensor feature that automatically switches from hard floor to carpet is nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a few months ago and it definitely is not suitable for dog hair. And on carpets you really can only go in one direction, it’s very hard to push unless you find the right direction. I’m sure if you don’t have dogs it would be great
