Loved the bike. It is great just as a bike with 7 gears or as an electric bike, which I love going up hills. So easy to use.

I’m the type of person that does research before a major purchase. I spent one month looking at every possible brand of E bike I could find I am so happy I came across the Discover! Hydraulic brakes, front suspension, huge battery, huge motor, and the list goes on my wife and I now spend mornings riding together and enjoying our new Velotric E bikes

I’ve been a mountain biker for the last 16 years. Recently moved to a urban area and needed a new bike. Decided to try the Discover 1 and I’m very satisfied with it. It feels secure and very confortable. Planing to buy a second for my wife.

I I made a good choice

Been riding about 3 wks now. It's been many yrs since I've been on a bike and so far I'm very pleased with my choice of the mango Discovery 1 - a good fit for my needs - mostly pleasure riding. Once I get more comfortable with traffic I'll use ride it to library, friends, & Pilates class. Seat is comfortable. I'm still getting a handle on how it starts from a stop - goes quickly. I've found it easy to change assist level. My husband has a VOLT e-bike - very large & now he's liking mine better & might sell his to get a Discovery 1. I got the front basket & took a while to adjust that the basket doesn't move when I turn - as it's attached to the stem. Mango is bright - chose it as I want cars to see me. the throttle is new to me - never used 1 before. I haven't used it as in order to turn it off I have to change to "0" assist - but where I ride is pretty flat. I was never a smoke but ended up with a chronic lung condition so the e-bike is great for me, otherwise I'd be walking. plus I'm only 5'1" now.
