Bought this pretty ebike for my girlfriend. She loved it! Beautiful colors. The design is sleek. Step-through frame is super friendly for her. Would definitely recommend it to my other friends!

Excellent battery management. I've ridden the velotric for 95 miles off and on on charge level 1 and sometimes 2 and still have half the battery level left. I'm hoping they sell a front basket or rack attatchment.

A lot of fun to ride

The good:- Bike was relatively easy to assemble. I followed the directions in the unpacking video found online which does not match exactly how the bike is packaged but it worked out- Bike is a LOT OF FUN to ride. Position is comfortable, handle bars shape is really well done. Electric motor is powerful and responsive. You can cross roads effortlessly and accelerate very quickly with level 3 assist. The bike feels a bit like an electric motorcycle. You can go far without pedaling at all. I went for a 22 miles ride and used the level 3 most of the time and used a little more than half the battery- Ride is good and stable. Tires are wider than I anticipated- Bike is well made. Sleek design with quality parts- Onboard computer is simple and easy to ready even with bright light- Bike offers a great value overall. Everything is included (Large battery, powerful motor, fenders, lights, rear rack...)Where there is room for improvement:- Received the bike a few days ago after wondering for a while what had happened to my order. I talked to a nice gentleman on the phone twice but after that had a very hard time getting any answer on the status of my order either by phone of email. Bike showed up one morning 12 hours after getting a email that my bike was shipped. This can easily be fixed by just providing quicker and more precise updates on order status - The box had a label stating that my bike was Silver. It made me pause because I had ordered a White one. It turned out that the bike inside the box was white- The disk brakes work but are not very powerful. You really need to get used to them. They feel underpowered for the speed and weight of the bike- Front shock absorber works but makes a lot of noise when hitting bumps- You can see where the engineers had to make some compromises to achieve their cost target- Limited directions for Onboard Computer. For example I cannot figure out how to reset a trip to Zero. It is not in the manual nor online. In summary- I bought this bike for my wife to go on longer rides with me on a variety of asphalt and crushed limestone bike trails. Her first impression of the bike is good. She likes the bike and went for rides every day so far even in the cold Michigan Spring weather. We'll see how the bike handles in long rides but I'm pretty optimistic- Reasons I did not give it 5 stars is because of the lack of communication regarding the status of my order and the brakes that feel underpowered- I would recommend this bike. It has a lot of potential in the US market.

I have ridden the bike 80 miles. Overall I am happy with my purchase. Good power and very good range. I do have an issue with the brakes, they squeak a lot and are not very smooth when applying, pulsating. It is like the disk rotors are not smooth, I plan to have the brakes looked at by a bike mechanic and get the problem fixed. I would buy another if you fixed, upgraded the brakes.

Could be a little more spacingbetween the On button as well as the plus+ and - minus buttons....tough if full fingered gloves are worn.For some reason my back wheel has a bit of a wobble???Neighbor noticed it when following me....Would like some advice as to possible cause and method to fix. I haven't had to assemble anything it that area.Added a water holder and it is Tough to reach the water when riding. Solution larger water bucket.Overall, would order another one for my wife when the spirit moves her in that direction. For now she likesher 10 speed Specialized Sport for her 55 miles excursions.May soon be retiring our 2 Specialized stump jumpers as we have not many bones left to break!!!Good product that gets many compliments while I am on my excursions.Peace,Rick #430

Needs security and a manual...

The bike is fun to ride and has pretty good power and battery storage. I would have suggested the addition of some type of built-in lock/security, including GPS tracking. The bike pedals nicely without any battery assistance as well as long at on are on a reasonably flat surface. An owners manual with some maintenance info and suggestions should be sent out to all owners. The brakes already need to be tightened up, and although I can figure out what to do, some people would be better informed with a manual.Overall, I am happy with my purchase and the bikes.

i am going to love it when i figure out how to operate it without help! it was phenomenal in the parking lot of bike shop that assembled it (village bikes, hobe sound fl).
