Support answered all of my questions even doing some investigation on a few of them to ensure that he was providing accurate information. I also see that a video of how to install the medium size rear rack has been posted to the accessories webpage after our discussion. Throughout the call support was pleasant, friendly and eager to help.

I love my Velotric E-bike and use it almost daily. After nearly a year I had a small issue with my bike and Velotric resolved it quickly and professionally. No buyers remorse with my purchase.

This is my first e-bike and I researched many before selecting this one. I've had it about two weeks and am really enjoying it and learning about e-bikes in general. It's a very solid bike, carrying my large frame with ease. While most of my riding is on the road, I chose this one with all-terrain tires because sometimes I want to go off-road on some simple trails but I didn't want the extra weight and friction of a mountain bike with full suspension and knobby tires.My first weekend camping with it was at the beach with friends who also have e-bikes and they took me on a variety of trails, teaching me several tricks on managing the power-assist levels and sharing their experiences.I used to bike a lot but haven't much for the past 5 or so years; it's good to be back on a bike--and this one not only removes the intimidation of steep hills but makes every ride fun!
