Excellent low cost bike.

Overall, excellent. The only real problem is the gearing is too low. It needs a 48 tooth front gear or an 8 speed with 11 to 28 tooth rear. You can’t comfortably cruise at more than 17 or 18 mph in 7th gear. You have to pedal too fast to hold 20 mph , even though the bike can easily do this speed, I can’t pedal fast enough.Two minor fixes. If you hear a rattle when going over bumps, it’s the battery. The bottom of the battery is not supported, so it bumps around. Cut a piece of 1/4 or 1/5 foam, put it in the bottom of the battery, no more rattles. There are no electrical contacts in the bottom. Next. If you are short armed, and need to sit fully upright. Take the handlebar off. 4 screws. Take off the headlight. Loosen the 2 side bolts holding the stem. Rotate the stem 180 degrees. Reinstall the handlebars. They are now 4 inches closer! Now take the headlight and using strong double sided tape, attach it to the tip of the front fender. See pictures.

I bought 1 ,3 days ago and it only lasts 25 miles and I got a flat first time taking it out.for the amount of money I paid for it. There should be better flat protection. Battery dies pretty quick

We’ve looked at several e-bikes over the last couple of years and must say that we made the best choice by going with Velotric. There is not one thing that I would change nor do we regret our purchase.

Great Bike

This e-bike was a great purchase. It was easy to assemble out of the box, taking about 45 minutes to unpack and assemble it. Very easy to follow instructions. And riding it has been so much fun. My wife rides it on streets and cement bike trails and it performs well for easy leisure riding. Charging is also easy. Just leave the battery in the bike and plug I. The charger is take the battery inside and plug it in the same way. Takes a couple hours to charge it from like 20% to 100%. We did replace the seat because wanted something with a bit more cushion but that’s rider preference.
