Ten Days and still no usable

We're unable to provide a review of our bike (order #19866), that we purchased on July 8.It and was delivered a week later on Saturday July 15 and failed after assembly and a test ride of 1.1 mi.We reported the failure when the Support Center opened on July 17 via email.After 10 additional days and eight more attempts to get this new bike repaired, we still don't know what action Velotrec will take, if any.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything was easy - from ordering, paying, shipping, receiving, set up, and finally riding. It seems as if every step of the process was designed to make it easy for the customer. We couldn't be happier.

We got the Thunder 1 and a Discovery 1. When people asked us about the bikes, I will definitely tell them to go with the Discovery 1.

New Discover 1

A fun ride that responds well to changing settings. It goes up our steep hills, especially with a little self pedaling. I am only 6 feet tall but have very long legs. 36” inseam. I might have been better off with the high step bike that is rated for up to 6’9” instead of the step-thru.
