I love it! The only reason I gave a 4 star is due to the fenders, flimsy material that we could not keep the front one from rubbing on the tire so we had to remove it.

I researched, E bikes, online and in-store . I decided to go with Velotric Discover 1 , because of the look and price was the best!!! The bikes were shipped and arrived one week after purchase, beautifully packed in a big heavy duty box, and very simple to put together. All needed tools are included . I bought my husband one and myself and got an extra discount for buying two !! I love riding my E bike. It’s very smooth, fast and long lasting batterie. This beauty is my Husbands it’s Indigo gray and mine is Sky blue . But enough typing it’s time to start riding our bikes 🚴♀️🚴♂️😍

I do like the bike. A few questions. I weigh 200lbs. What should the tire pressure be? I live in Florida.Can the rear lite be turned off in the day when the bike is powered up?What is the distance that can be traveled using the battery on the different pedal assists before it becomes discharged?How much does this distance decrease on each assist level if I am travelling uphill?What is the distance that can be travelled without pedaling, just using the battery?I do believe I will get a lot of exercise and enjoyment from the bike.

I have always been a biker but spending the summers in Pinetop AZ n between altitude n my age(80) the hills have become a challenge!!! With my new bike, I still am getting my exercise n can ride anywhere!!

After a month of research on on EBikes and purchasing a Discover 1 Step Thru I have not been disappointed. I have started enjoying biking again after a years of struggling with the hills. This bike is great and a super ride on the hills of Holly Springs NC. Now I have to buy one for my wife. Only issue as I removed the front fender as I could not align it properly.
