Sturdy, fun and attractive at a very reasonable price

Looked for several months and decided on this bike based on power, looks, safety and price.Very happy so far (10 miles).The seat had a scratch and they sent me a new one in a few days. They were very cordial and easy contact.

Great bike, tush gets a little sore. Feel free, good for my left knee replacement and tightness of my hips from getting older. Retired, feel my youth is coming back, yeah baby, yeah !!!!!!

I haven’t ridden a bike in years. This is fun and easy to use. This bike is great for those who need a some assistance in keeping them going on their rides and gets you outside. I don’t use too much assist but when I need it, it’s awesome! I look forward to riding every day. I’m 5ft tall and this is perfect. I love it so much!

My wife wanted a step through eBike. She’s not techs at all, but I kinda am. I knew she’d need fender guards to keep her clothes clean. A basket mounts to carry her stuff. Tail/headlights for night rides. A quality, removable battery. Decent shocks for comfort. And a good visible display, and a sturdy frame as step through bikes tend to be less durable. This bike is exactly what we had in mind, truly perfect for our needs.

We are in our golden years and need to stay active to stay healthy and our new E-bikes make it not only possible but enjoyable. Love all the features, and my husband loves the frame design. He says it’s really well built. I just like the looks of it. We expect to be biking a lot!!

I received the bike just a few days after ordering, using the well-thought-out ordering process on the website. The assembly video was up to date and accurate. This made it easy to assemble the bike in under an hour (I had never assembled a bike before). Performance of the bike is great. It moves my 225 pounds up long steep hills easily. The controls are easy to master. The hydraulic brakes bring you to a stop RIGHT NOW. I bought this bike partly because Consumer Reports ranked it number 1 in the "Budget Bike" category, and this bike has features usually found in much more expensive bikes. I'm very please with my purchase.

Great bike for riding the hills from our house

I bought this bike for my wife for bike riding from our house on the bike trails. She doesn't like riding in our area because of the hills. Now, she doesn't mind riding in our area. She passes me on all the hills. We have went on 3 bike rides so far and we haven't recharged the battery yet. Great bike for her so far. It is a little heavy. But, she doesn't mind it.
