I was impressed with packaging of the bike when I received and opened it. When I took it out and began to assemble, I was blown away by attention to detail and the quality of build! Besides, it is a beautiful bike! I've ridden about 40 mi in the week since I received it and the battery is still above 80%, although I don't always use PA! I feel like a kid again on a bike!

Great Bike, poor follow up to request for information regarding a replacement part.

Bike is great, now have two of them. Have sent to requests for information regarding availability of a replacement part through the website over last ten days and no response other that auto reply saying someone would contact me “shortly”.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am very happy with my first e-bike. Two things I would like to change are:1. The speed in PAS 1 is a little too high for me. I would be nice to have the ability to adjust it from the current 8.6 mph to 5 or 6 mph. You would still have 4 other PAS levels if you want to go faster.2. The drive train is a little clunky. But I guess that is expected at this price point.

Excellent Bike

We got our 2 bikes on subsequent days. We were able to get each bike assembled and ridden on the day of arrival. While we have ridden regular bikes for years it took us awhile to adjust to the instant electric thrust. The pedal to motor response takes getting used to. We live in Bend OR on the east side of the Cascade mountains, so we have plenty of hills around town, We don't use much pedal assist on the flats but it sure helps on the hills. Some roads are steep enough that we really have to help the motor climb. So we get [plenty of exercise. We are really enjoying the bikes.

I absolutely love it! I have rediscovered the Love I had lost for cycling. Now I ride every chance I get. The bike is well built, solid, and responsive, and if a hill is kicking my soul, I hit the rocket, and I'm up and over! And it will fly!

I am in all the gentlemen’s Earlys 70s weighing 245 pounds and have enjoy riding my bike through the countryside in rural Pennsylvania. Struggle is up some of the hills but not really a problem. Defenders sometimes rub against the tires I need to be adjusted, but otherwise everything went together beautifully and then by drives beautifully, and I love it!
