Bike seems great so far, great quality, easy assembly, nice features, strong motor, great display, great brakes, seems like great range (not fully tested yet). Rack is too expensive, don't see other replacement parts for this bike on their site, wish it was 8 speed, need a larger chain ring or 12 tooth cassette, at 20MPH peddling too fast. Generally great!

Well made, priced accordingly and fun to ride. Easily to setup if you know what you are doing. If you have not setup a bike you should have someone to make sure all is correctly installed and fitted. Sometimes you will need an extra set of hands to assist, but for the most part, all went well. Very impressed in the way it was shipped pertaining to the box and how it was protected. Wish you had a few more colors to choose from. A true blue would have been nice. All in all, I cannot wait to ride my ebike on a adventure!

I have not got to try my two bikes I just bought yet because of all the snow here in Alaska.. Looking forward to do so later this spring and summer. I did ride my friends two bikes in Casa, Grande, Arizona on a recent visit. I was quite impressed and after doing more research on bikes , I bought two of them. One is on the way and the other is here but still in the box. Waiting for the other one to arrive and then I will get them both put together and ready for after the snow melts here .

Bought one for my wife and liked it so well bought a second one for myself. Simple operation, great battery life and the built in headlight and taillight with break light are really nice to have. Added the rear rack and a nice bag. The rack is light but very solid and aligned perfectly with threaded mounting slots.

Good option for short people

At 5'2'', with short legs, most bikes don't accommodate my my stature very well. The step through design lets me easily step off the bike with ease and the seat goes even lower than I need and provides and while I do have to lean forward in a riding position, it's not a stretch.
