Very nice bike

Assembled easy. Was packed very sturdy. Nothing broken or bent. Went together is about an hour without any hitches. Nice to have a helping hand when fitting the front wheel and removing the bike from the box. The Phillips screwdriver in the pool kit is pretty weak so it's beat to have one on hand. Also I was sent two 5M Allen wrenches in the tool kit and was missing the 4M . This could be a big problem for people who don't have their own tools. Bike has very simple controls and should be easy for 90% of people to figure out. It rides great and will be a life saver for my old knees. Very happy with my purchase so far. (Day 1). Speed and comfort is only a 4star because I have not had time to ride it far enough yet. I'm hoping it will be 5star after 20 or so miles and a couple more days.

The bike is great. It lacks some documentation/illustrations for where best to put some of the small ad ons like racks, front light, reflectors. the handle bar neck was on backwards as well. The screw holes for accessories seem unnecessarily tight and I stripped one out for the back bike rack. Rides great. Good speed and I think I’ll get many years of good use out of it.

I've been researching e-bikes for a while and this keep showing up along with reviews and videos. I pulled the trigger and couldn't be more pleased. It took a bit to get used to how everything works, but it was pretty easy. I still enjoy peddling, but those assist levels are awesome for steeper grades. Seems to hold a charge for quite some time and it's pretty zippy. Can't go wrong with this product. Sturdy and stylish.
