Fast and Easy Reset

I love the bike, I feel it will be better if the cross bar was lower like the Nomad. Also a better seat post that has springs in it. And the valve stems in the tire tubes are sticky when adding air or just checking the pressure. There is ghost peddling, needs better gears.

Love the detail to quality. Assembly video is much better than printed instructions. Runs well with good speeds through the 5 settings. As a experienced cyclist I purchased this for my wife but love riding it myself especially up hills. Would prefer gear shifter to be exchanged with the position of the throttle to place shifter closer to fingers, but this is only mildly irritating. Time and usage will tell as to longevity of the bike but new it sure looks great.

Great bike, bad instructions

I followed the included paper instructions, which were rife with spelling and grammar issues. When putting on the front tire the battery fell out and chipped the paint. Once assembled the bike rides like a dream however, and I haven't had any issues since.

My First Ebike

I did a lot of research and eventually settled on the Discover 1. I thought that bike was the ideal choice for commuting/cruising. Assembly was a little tricky, not complicated, just tricky given my lack of experience with hands-on Ebikes. So far it is exactly what I expected. Perfect for cruising and riding on the beach. Between the 7 gears and 5 pedal assist levels I can invariably find the best combination for a comfortably long ride. So far I am really impressed with the battery life. Feels solid. It looks great, rides great, and is just plain fun to take out and explore.
