After tons of research and comparison shopping, we decided to pull the trigger on the Discover 1, and we're so glad we did! The bike has plenty of power and range, and very comfortable to ride. We can't understand why anyone would spend so much more on a different, comparable unit.

I had to ride by myself for years since my spouse’s back, knees, and thighs couldn’t handle riding a bike for long. I got him a Velotric e-bike and he loves this! He actually rode around the neighborhood with ease since he could use the pedal assist.

I bought this bike to replace a 36 volt 350 watt bike with 360 kWh battery and weighing 48 lbs. that I have worn out with 13,000 miles and 3 batteries. I bought Discover for the battery range but am overwhelmed with the quality build, styling, and performance of the 48 volt 500 watt motor in my very hilly area! The relatively large frame, tires and weight (65 lbs) makes for a comfortable and powerful touring and exercise bike. I just completed a 40 mile round trip on Old Pacific Coast Highway and battery just a dropped to 1 bar as I entered my driveway. I especially appreciate the synchronised Power Assist and Throttle for smooth starts at uphill stoplights. Based on past experience I bought a backup battery but don't think I'll need it for a long time!

Received the Discovery 2 weeks ago assembly was easy . Have had a chance to put 65 miles on it combination of city and rural areas of South Texas and have enjoyed a very fine product.

It has not worked properly since I bought it, it’s a great looking bike, I just want it to work for me, peddle assist and throttle keeps shutting off, no power🥲😬
