Too heavy and the steering is tight

I wanted to love this bike but it’s too heavy. I bought it because my knees aren’t good and since i like to ride i thought getting an electric bike would help. After doing much research for a bike, cost, functions and other reviews I chose the discover 1 . Putting it together was fairly simple but did need help putting front tire on as it was too heavy for me alone. The battery does seed all the way, I need to force it in order for it to lock or else going over a bump it pops out even when the key is in the lock position . Putting the handle bars was a challenge as only a small portion of the screw actually reaches for it to actually catch and secure the handle bars or else it moves when in use i needed to remove a riser that sit on the handle bar stem in order for the screw to catch. And had to torque it which causes the handle bars to be tight and difficult to steer, I can't make sharp turns and i need a wide enough space to turn. Also I tried removing riser on the stem to get the screw to catch which almost stripped the screw trying so much and tightening so much. The screw should be longer The speed and pickup is great

Great features but it was hard to assemble (poor thread quality) and the fenders constantly rub the tires (even after constant adjustments)

Excited to receive bike after ordering. It came packaged so well protected. The colors available are very beautiful. Quality for price is very good. Bought a Nomad a week later. Very happy with purchase.

I bought the Discover1 for my wife, and she loves it. I’ve been very impressed with the battery life too. There will most likely be a Nomad for me in 2023.

An absolute blast to ride!

From the first moment I took off on this bike I immediately knew I'd be riding it daily, and I have! It's comfortable, fast, looks great and addictive to ride. As someone who was also recovering from a lower spine injury I couldn't go on for very long for a walk or treadmill without feeling pain but with this bike I've been getting more exercise than ever and if anything I've never felt better! Through road, sidewalk, gravel or grass the Discover 1 has had my back and I look forward to continuing my journeys!

Bought 2 for myself and husband. We really love the bike, but have only one issue. The bike seat is so hard. Does anyone know what type or brand of seat may fit?
