Great bike for the money. Quality welds, great yellow paint! Runs great! It is easy to ride and fun. All the neighborhood kids envy me, and ask what it is! Velotric might offer seat options and offer 9 speed shimano! Us old guys, im 73 prefer a softer saddle! Love my bike and have put over 50 miles on it in the first wk! Assembly was easy but took about 11/2 hours!

Buyer Beware

I have one since May. Haven’t been able to ride it since August. Bad controller. Promised a replacement 6 weeks ago. Cannot speak to a person. Email is only connection to the company. Currently preparing a complaint with the BBB. I’ll keep you posted.

A bargain

Great features for the money. Could use better assembly instructions. A bit heavy but battery has good range. I live 2 miles up a steep mountain—pedal assist a BIG help though still takes some effort on the steps, even at assist level 5—of course I’m a fairly big load.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great bike. Was expecting 5-level pedal assist but received 3- level assist. Instructions to assemble easy to follow. My wife had purchased a different model; more expensive but not as rider friendly. If not for the 3-level assist, would have given higher rating.

Still have not been able to take my new bike for a ride. The promos for this bike state it takes a half hour to put this bike together. That is not true. Additionally, in the promo picture it appears the handlebars are straight across allowing you to sit up straight on your bike. The handlebars are the old fashioned style, retro, add to the "cool" factor of the bike but they are awful. Am waiting for my new bar to arrive that I had to order then will have to undo everything and move it all to the new handlebars. Not impressed.
