Very solid and well engineered

The only thing that I am having to get used to is the way it accelerates, but I think it is a learning curve issue. Almost scary how fast it can go.

Too much play in the gears

Too much play in gears 1 to 4 they’re almost like fly wheels with hardly any resistance. I’ve been trying to contact the Velotooler mechanic who assembled the bike but haven’t had any luck.Can this problem be fixed?
