Shipping was fast and very happy with how well it was packaged. Easy assembly. Very well made bike. Great fun to ride with long battery life. I plan to put lots of miles on it.

Weather has not permitted much riding, but still getting in a few miles. My family liked mine so well, we had to purchase 2 more. Early Christmas gifts. I’d love a catalog of add-ons for this bike. I may need another come Spring, can I get a discount?

I am very much impressed with the quality of this bike. As a cyclist for the past 60 years and having owned bikes far more expensive than this I can confidently say this bike is a great deal for the price.

Great bike, great value

This is a great bike and a great e-bike! It rolls and pedals along nicely even without the electric engaged. The gears shift smoothly and easily. When you engage the motor on level 1 or 2 you feel the motor kick in smoothly when pedaling. So you have a nice combination between exercise and assist when you need it. I have not tried it on any long rides or up hills yet but I have little doubt it will do well. The ride was comfortable and easy to adjust to my frame. The bike looks nice as well with smooth welds and clean design. I was hoping for a bit lighter weight but I cannot find a bike that is lighter at the same price point. It helps to remove the battery to make the bike easier to lift up stairs. The bike came well packaged and well protected against shipping mishaps. The directions for putting it together were ok but a bit confusing at times. They included a great tracking program so you can keep track of the bike’s progress to your door. I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to many rides.

My wife loves it

I bought this for my wife about a month ago. She really enjoys riding it and has figured out how to adjust the PAS as needed. It is a very pretty bike and several people have commented to her about it. It rides really well. This bike came with the upgraded controller (5 PAS levels) and hydraulic brakes.I was able to assemble it with no problem, although the fork was on backwards when it came. I didn't realize it at the time so I reached out to Velotric. They responded within a few hours and even offered to re-imburse me if I had to take it to a bike shop. However, I figured it all out by then.Just a couple of things that I hope Velotric addresses in the future. The handlebar stem is a fixed angle, and the cables are quite short. This really limits the amount of adjustability to suit the rider. For my wife's sake, I needed to change the handlebar stem to bring the handlebars closer to her, although my options were limited due to the short cables.The other thing is the fork. I have tightened it about three times now. I am not sure what is up with it, but it shouldn't be loosening up.For the money we spent, we are quite happy with the e-bike.

Pretty Sweet Ride

I paid less than HALF for this gem vs what my husband paid for a brand with a showroom. Mine is better. Battery lasts longer. Speeds are more consistent. Plus, it’s turquoise. I freaking love it.
