Bike took a little longer

Bike took a little longer than normal to get but when we did we received the upgraded version with 5 speeds and improved brakes. Was well worth the wait. Customer svc was responsive too. Bike went together pretty easily, no issues. Overall very happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this bike! I only wish I had ordered it sooner with winter coming I won’t get to ride it as often. Can’t wait for spring! It has lots of power going up hills and I can keep up with my husband.

22 mile commute 1 way

On pedal assist 5 I maintain 20MPH and the accelerator helps when I need to stretch out. Today is my second day doing it. I get through 1/2 battery each 22 miles. I’ll probably add a gel seat and it would be nice if it had a phone holder and charger that attached to the battery so I could use GPS.Looks looked I’ll hold onto this bike!

Great bike at price point

Range, features, looks etc. all good especially at this price. Bike was well packed and was relatively easy to put together with supplied video. Unfortunately, my unit arrived with a cracked LED screen which was replaced at no cost. Extras are considerably delayed in shipping. Overall, this is a very good bike that I would recommend.

Good quality, good components. Powerful motor. Like the fat tires. I enjoy riding it, on back roads, gravel and hills, and range seems impressive.On the negative side, the power engagement is jerky, takes some getting used to, especially to new riders.The display is hard to figure out, awkward to manipulate with the tiny rubber buttons. Headlight does not want to turn on most of the time, wish it had its own switch.

I bought this for my husband, he absolutely loves it. He is looking forward to many rides with this bike, it has a lot of go in it and very easily peddling without the assist.
