Great bike, especially with the new upgrades

I am loving this bike. My husband has a competing brand that he paid almost twice as much for, and they are basically identical. It works really well on the occasional hills around my house and makes it possible for me to commute to work. On a standard bike, it is a 50 min ride, but on the ebike it is only 35 minutes. I can go to work and back on PAS 4 and 5 for the ride (19 miles round trip) without charging in between, and still have about 30% of the battery left. It also charges faster than I expected - only a few hours to make it full. Overall, a really great bike. I'd recommend a professional tune up to adjust the brakes and derailleur after you put it together just to make sure it's operating perfectly. Mine did also come with the handlebar stem installed backward, so I had to figure out how to fix that, but it's simple to do. I highly recommend this bike!

I am 55 and biked a lot in my 20’s. I have been so thrilled to get back into it and owe it all to you! Knowing I can ride anywhere in this hilly town I live in, and not have to worry about getting back home, has been wonderful. I am having a blast exploring my city and gaining strength in my legs that I thought was gone for good.Thank you so much for making such a great quality ebike so affordable.Amy

I like my bike, I had some problems with putting the battery in correctly. The battery takes a very hard slam to get it in place. If not you will have power problems.

The perfect bicycle

At the price, I ordered a bike each for me and my wife with a lot of skepticism. As a German, you have so his quality expectations, which is very often disappointed by the goods in the US.Everything is significantly more expensive than in Germany, and then mostly real scrap. Since one suspects at the price either cheaters (since you can not pay with PayPal) or real junk. After extensive research, I ordered. The price and the data were just too good. When the bikes actually came, I was impressed by the quality. The bike was perfectly packaged and thus arrived without any quirks, which is rarely the case in the US. Assembly was extensive, but is doable by anyone. Although not promised, was a qualitatively very good assembly tool with it. Now that we have driven extensively, our enthusiasm knows no bounds. This bike has given us back hope that there is still quality in the USA. And that at the price. Unbelievable. My clear recommendation.

Love the bike, love the value for my hard earned money, love the ease of assembly, love the shifter and easy to use controls. My only complaint is the seat does not like my backside and will be replaced with something a bit more cushy. All and all a Great ebike.

Best investment for fun and distance!

My husband and I (54 &52)have always loved cycling, but we live in a very rural area with rough roads and lots of hills, so we had to go somewhere to ride our road bikes. We tried these out and wow! We love them. We’ve gone 128 miles in the first two weeks! We like to get a workout also so we don’t use full assist and turn it off or down when flat or downhill so our battery life has been great! We went 30 miles one day and 26 the next without having to charge! It’s only been two weeks, but so far it’s been a fantastic investment!
