After a long wait, it finally arrive. The bike was everything they said it would be. The only minor hiccup was the seat which had an indentation due to packagingCardboard side edge that run across it. Love the bike it fast and sturdy. Front suspension could be better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Impressed on how well it is built. Good engineering overall. While the instructions were a little confusing (the online tutorial, the included startup guide and the actual bike are different), anyone with basic skills can decipher it easily. And a blast to ride. This is for my wife but I enjoyed it.

I purchase 2 of the Velotric Discover Ebikes as replacements for older Ebikes we owned. I’m in love with everything so far. I still need to adjust the front brakes on both bikes, but I’m loving the time I’ve had. I was so impressed with my first few rides that I ordered another for my adult daughter.

Great bike for the price

Got two bikes, we are in Kitimat B.C Canada. My wife and I love them. Very happy with the build quality and ride. I ride it to work, makes short work of the hills here. Very smooth, stable, and fast. Recommend getting a bike tech to fine tune everything. Very happy with our purchase.
