First time eBike experience

I love everything about it! Easy to operate and I love the gear ratios much better than my old Trek bike, which I'll be selling soon. Love the headlight and taillight too!I wish it didn't weight as much though, because I wanted to hang from the garage ceiling, but the pulley system doesn't support the much heavier eBike.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Price, Good bike

Overall very satisfied with the purchase, Assembly was 2 out of 5. Tools were provided and they worked. Bike functions well the electric motor kicks in it can be abrupt but nothing that cant be dealt with. Fit and finish is good the paint is flat finish but looks good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the bike except for the squeaky brakes.The bike sits good, rides good and is manageable for older folks.Thank you for making it possible to enjoy a ride again without worrying about the hills. Anita P.

Thank you very much! I just took a ride and I as really surprised when I found out it had 5 levels of assist. Very nice! And hydraulic breaks too. I noticed it stopped really smoothly. Great job you guys! I’m so glad I went with Velotric. You make an awesome quality e bike at a price no one else can touch.

Smart looking bike

My daughter loves this bike. I found that I am not safe on an ebike. After my second fall (I’m 73) I have decided to look into a 3-wheel. Gifted the bike to my daughter who loves riding it. I loved it too when I was upright. Falling was not fun.

This is my second e bike, I have a class 3 in Florida but NJ only allows class 2 without registration and insurance. Super impressed with design, construction, fit and finish. I am accustomed to more power but the bike is sufficient for my needs. The negative: the unboxing and assembly instructions/video need work. If you have questionable assembly skills I would highly recommend having it professionally assembled.

Better than I ever expected. Easy to assemble and fantastic to ride!You still get a great workout with the assist but you can pedal through those tough spots!!!Pure fun!
