Had a delay in getting my new display but they did replace it at no cost to me other than that I have driven it over 200 miles and really enjoying it. So far I am vary happy with the purchase

I just started riding an e-bike this year. It has been a game changer with me being able to get out and ride. We have Trek bikes for rent in my community. When I started running into problems with one being available, I looked into purchasing one. Trek was off the table, they are too expensive. I was leery of buying just a random one, in my price range off the internet. Then I can across the Velotric. The price was right and the reviews on point.I am so glad I bought this bike. I am having a lot of fun riding around town again! There are a few things I wish were better. The fork is kind of loose (this is mentioned in several reviews) and the rear brake is screechy ( I have a message out to Velotric to see if I need to make an adjustment). I also wish the throttle and gear shifter were reversed. Otherwise, I think this is a really well thought out bike and very comfortable to ride.

I love my bike! Before my three knee replacement. ( yes3). Had to replace one twice, and 6 month later I had a plant replaced in it again. I am telling you this because. Iusedto ride my 7 speed bike every day. Now I have trouble walking. My legs could only take so much. But now with great assistance I am getting better every day. Thanks

I have been meaning to buy any bike for the longest time and waited and waited I read all the reviews on this bike and I’m glad I did very very easy to put together works spectacularly rides well does everything that I would want it to do if anybody can answer this question can you reset the trip on the computer
