Nice bike! Packaged super well! Brakes still need adjustment after 5 times.. but hoping that’ll straighten out soon. Rides comfortable too.

Nice eBike once kinks worked out

The Discover is a really nice eBike! The motor has ample power and the battery capacity seems good (I've only scratched the surface so far). Good disk brakes once you get them adjusted (see below). There were a few issues after the box arrived. First, the handlebar stem came assembled backwards on the front fork; this was clearly a mistake, which became apparent when I noticed that the cables weren't run as depicted in the instructions. The disk brakes on the front do require adjustment/alignment as described in the instructions; they'll squeal if misaligned. I think this may be the cause of some of the brake noise complaints in other reviews.Most seriously, my rear rim was bent when I received the bike. It isn't super serious, but it's definitely noticeable when you ride the bike. I've tried trueing it with the spokes myself, but it's bad enough that I am going to have it corrected at a bike shop. This is a nice bike that I'll have for a long time, and I want it to ride well.

I am very happy with my new bike, especially with the step thru verses the step over which my other bike was.I am much more comfortable and confident riding. The seat is very comfortable and I like the brake system to. I love my bike and enjoy riding everyday. I am 68 and will be recommending it to all my (older and wiser) peer group ha ha.

We are Village Bike Rental in The Villages Florida. After a demo of The Discover 1, we bought them for our entire rental fleet! Could I say more? Sure, but I have to get back to work!

Very disappointed

Received my bike a few days ago and initially loved it after a quick ride around town. We did a lot of research before purchasing and it seemed it would work well for what I needed. We live in Vermont and this bike dies on the hills. Have tried different combinations of gears and pedal assist plus throttle only with same result. It comes to a complete stop. Not sure if I have a faulty bike or just underpowered in general.
