I haven’t risen a bike in years, I have problems with the “hills we have had our bikes for 1 week and have put on 40 miles so far!! So nice to have the assist to make it up the hills I had so much trouble with! I really recommend this bike, the color is so pretty!!

Totally disappointed

The brakes are very weak and the motor makes noise and vibration at 3rd assist level the meteryal quality is very low i m disappointed and possibly return it .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like my Velotric Discover 1. I am stunned how well the bike rolls without the power. Add the power and hills become level paths. The step thru design makes it easy to mount and feels safer to me when you have to stop and start.

Great Bikes, but....

We really like our new Velotric bikes. They seem to be built very solidly and the ride is very smooth. The only issue that I am having is getting the front disc brake just right. I get it adjusted so it doesn't rub and then after a rather steep decline it temporarily rubs again. This seems to go away after a bit. I is just annoying.

1st ride was 15 miles,

1st ride was 15 miles, made hill climbs effortless. Took a bike trail and sustained a sticker in my tire. Out of commission for a little while. I bought a pair of Tannus Armour tire inserts and have not had any flats since then. 2nd ride over most of the same trail but, made some detours off the main trail. Rode over many sticker plants without any worry of flats. Great bike.
