I bought a pair of bikes for my wife and me. Assembly was quick and easy, and the bikes are made of quality parts, with attention to fit and finish. Most importantly, they are easy-to-ride and have great battery life. 100% satisfied with our purchase and highly recommended!

I reached out to indegogo and Velotric telling them that the on board computer mounted on the handlebar was found to be damaged (screen cracked) upon unboxing. Have not heard back anything from either company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great value, for a good Bike.

Assembly was not difficult. I have ridden the bicycle daily since purchase. Works well overall, Power assist is helpful for a 64 year old man. Brakes could be a bit stronger, may need to adjust. Smooth ride on the streets. I have not been able to get the front headlight to operate. the function does not show on the display. I need help to figure this out. Battery life for me is not as long as stated in the advertisement. I am comfortable at 50 hours of use.
