I love my bike but it’s missing a part and we asked for a replacement five or six weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything.

Nice E-bike

Great e-bike for the price. I have found other e-bikes that were twice as expensive with half the features. The one main reason I purchased this one is the weight capacity of 440lbs. This bike is solid and performs great. I ended up buying a 2nd bike for my wife so we can ride together.

Excellent bike

I shopped for months for the right bike. Very glad I went with Discovery 1. I relied heavily on the YouTube video while putting it together and there were no issues. I added some extra padding to the seat and took off. Had some very enjoyable afternoons exploring the trails near me, but I could see how this would be great as a commuter bike.

i have gotten this ebike today and let's say it was great riding it and having fun with it i haven't gotten any issues yet hopefully not and there are a few problems 1 both of the disc brakes make this noise not sure what that is 2nd the fender for the front wheel just won't fit no matter what i did so i just left it with no fenders but that's fine it still works but that's pretty much it took 13 days to come which is great and overall i think its good will keep you guys updated if something goes wrong

Decent commuter bike

This bike arrived after the shipping window I was given, but only by a few days, was very easy and quick to assemble, and the throttle is a very handy feature. This bike is very handsome to look at and I get compliments and astonished looks everywhere I go. It usually gets me everywhere with ease, however, the battery doesn’t click into the housing 100% of the time and will easily get dislodged if you are having a bumpy, hilly ride. Pressing the battery back in hard worked for me, but I’m considering securing it with duct tape. This is not an easy road bike to pedal and maneuver without the electric features because it is so heavy so if you’re looking for a hybrid I suggest something that’s a little lighter weight if you want to spend more time riding without the power on. The chain also slipped off the gears while I was riding once after catching on my pant leg, so be careful not to wear anything loose and billowy while riding.

To begin with: I LOVE THIS eBIKE!!!! Ridden 268 miles so far, and I love it!!! This is the first bike I've ridden in probably 25 years, and the first eBile I have owned. I'm 6'5" and weigh 320 lbs, and this bike is easy to ride and easily holds me, and propels me forward. Range is great (these are ACTUAL ranges I have gotten):25 miles on pedal assist 3 (with speeds between 19-20mph)46 miles on pedal assist 2 (with speeds between 16-17)15 miles (so far with 3 bars left) on straight throttle with almost NO pedaling (speeds of 18-20)Again, remember that I'm 320lbs, so I can only imagine how far a NORMAL person could go. The motor is pretty darn powerful--on straight throttle it stayed between 20 and 21 mph, and only dipped to 17mph up a decent hill. The tail light and head light are really bright. I love that it got gives you a bunch of information on the screen.Everyone that sees it has said how stylish it is too! Some hiccups:Shipping took a little longer than initially stated.The bike didn't come with a bike seat or seat post--that was a big bummer, but when I asked for a partial refund to buy my own they took care of me. The brakes needed to be adjusted (but from what my biker friend said this needs to happen with about any bike)Other than those hiccups I have been INCREDIBLY impressed.

Good Deal Became a Great Deal

This bike did come within the 5 week period that it was promised. Totally unexpected were some upgrades that were sent on this bike and a missing rear rack. The rear rack will be sent at a later date I found out after an Email. The upgrade to a 5 level assist and hydraulic brakes were very unexpected and appreciated. Those upgrades made this a fantastic deal. My wife has enjoyed her first ride and will now be able to go farther on our rides.
