This Ebike is wonderful. It has allowed my spouse to enjoy riding with me again. She can easily ride next to me even on the most difficult climbs. The upright riding position is very comfortable. Learning the controls was simple and the long battery life makes regular rides very convenient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great buy

I had given up riding a bike due to two total knee replacements and difficulty with the center bar...the step through version has gotten me back ona bike again....only use pedal assist on hills and against the wind.....wish list is for a way to raise the handlebars...i am 6’2”.....and hydraulic brakes.....definitely a buy

Did not work...

I have had my bike for over a month...it has never worked...after waiting for someone to tell me what was wrong with it...they tell me it was the motor controller and finally mailed a new one that I had to install...the bike still didn't work...then they send me a new monitor which took another two weeks and that did not fix the bike either....I contacted them 2 days ago and have heard nothing...so disappointed...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super Excited - But Came Without the Bike Rack

My husband and I excitedly put together the bike this morning. It was deflating when we opened the box and could see thy had forgotten to include the rear bike rack. I have emailed them and hopefully they will send it soon. But, it was all good news from there. The overall assembly was rather straight forward. Took us about an hour. We used a bike reviewer's YouTube video that gave tips as he assembled it. It was all smiles from there. Worked just right from the get go. My husband took the first ride and announced it has plenty of get up and go.

The velotric Discover 1 has been easy to use and very convenient for everyone in the family. We have very steep hills where we live and this bike works great and holds a charge for a long time.

The bike is great. Good power and we’ll built at a decent price. The fork is clunky and makes it feel like there’s something loose on the front end. Would probably be better just as a rigid setup.
