Not out of box ready

This was the 2nd bike received from original order. Because of color choice there was a delay. Set up was the same for both bikes except that for the 2nd Mango colored bike, you had to adjust the front brake pad if it was rubbing when wheel was spun, which it was. We were able to get the rubbing to stop from the brake pad, but the fender still would rub. No matter what we tried, nothing worked. Directions were hard to follow and diagrams weren't much help. When applying front brakes, we found out they didn't stop the front tire when applied. We decided to take it to a bike shop. The owner said the brakes and suspension had to be calibrated just right to fix the problem. Not sure why the 2nd bikes assembly was different than the first bike. Took the bikes for ride that same day and everything seems to be working good.

My wife and I purchased 2 Velotric bikes and are very happy with our purchase. The bikes perform beautifully and are so much fun to ride. We have lots of hills around our area and when you need that extra assistance, the bike is always ready to go. We strongly feel these are well built and you should feel confident in purchasing these bikes.

Totally love this bike ! It's made very well....so much fun to ride. Only issue was that I had to change the seat. The seat it came with was very uncomfortable.
