Love the bike!

My bike was shipped very quickly. I like how it rides, especially when it goes uphill. It’s a game changer for me, since hills kept me from riding before I bought this bike. I did replace the seat - I am older and wanted a cushier seat. Overall, this has been a great purchase.

Bike arrived without battery or quick release

I couldn't assemble the bike because it didn't come with the box that held the battery or quick release. The other bike I ordered came complete. But I can't give this bike more than 1 star until they send me the actual parts so that I can assemble the second bike. Will update later.

Love riding theses bikes as we get out more and get more exercise. Great quality. Only thing different we did was put a softer seat on them.

I'll preface the review. This is my first electric bicycle purchase. My expectations were not sky high seeing how it's an aggressively priced and it doesn't have all the features and comforts of other bikes (electric or human powered). Positives: Great styling. Nice size and solid feel. Battery has more than enough power and range for my city.Negatives: - Fitment of handle bar assembly feels like it could be a bit more snug - this can be user error, but this a bit of a jiggle/shaky feel that can be felt when hitting bumps. - Shifting gears from 4th and up slips and is not smooth. Hoping it just needs to be broken in, but this doesn't give a lot of confidence out of the box.- Breaks make loud squeaking noise and probably need some tweaking out of the box. Not used to needing so much time to come to a stop with this speed/weight. Could be user error.
