First rides on my first E-bike

I really like my new bike. It is easy to steer and of course pedal. One of my favorite parts was when I turned around to go home the wind hit me roping my face. However, with electric assist my ride home was just as my ride away.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Received two bikes within 3 working days. Assembly was straightforward, just followed the instructions, approximately one hour, including unboxing, each bike. Just one ride so far, waiting for a weather change.I like all the features, including the colors.

Great simple transport

Love this bike so far, it's simple and gets the job done, which for me is primarily transit to and from work and simple rides. The lack of suspension on the back is kind of rough but you kind of make the trade off for the price with all you get which is pretty good to begin with. And it's not mean to be an off roading bike. Build quality so far is fantastic and I love it's lower weight for transport. Unlocked speed is more than enough, anymore and I feel like it would be prohibitively dangerous to ride

Fantastic buy

Had my Discover 1 for about one month and I have loved it from the start. Comfortable, enough power to climb the hills in SanDiego The 5 levels of pedal assist plus the seven speed shifter are a dream. Range is as advertised or better. At 68 with a bad knee the Discover 1 allows me to enjoy biking again I shopped around comparing many manufacturers and this proved to the best value for my money

We love our E-Bikes!

After doing our homework on the different motors through research and test drives, we decided on two Discover 1 bikes: one Step Thru and One High Step. We've been riding them, nearly every day, for 6 weeks. We've found the battery life to be amazing. The speed/cadence motor has worked well for our needs. The speed/cadence motor allows us to easily match our speed regardless of the terrain. The trail system in NW Arkansas is amazing mix of hills and flats, pavement and dirt and our Velotric bikes have allowed us to explore areas that we had not seem before. We added the bundle (front basket, rear rack, mirror and phone holder to the original order. Everything delivered well packaged and without damage. The primary assembly (the bikes) was very simple. There are excellent step by step videos on the Velotric website for the bike assembly and adding each accessory that we found very helpful. We have removed the front basket for our everyday day rides but can reinstall them in less than 5 minutes (and will) for longer, full-day trips. We've already put over 300 miles in and one of those rides was 40 miles. We primarily used Level 2 assist and still had a full battery until the 28-mile mark. We had 3 of 5 bars of battery at 40 miles. We saw many other Velotric Bikes on the trails. I have no problems recommending this maker to anyone.

My husband and I hemmed and hawed Whether to get the bikes or not. We finally decided to, and I couldn’t be happier with this velotric discover 1. I commute to work on it during the week and we have fun adventures on it on the weekends If you are thinking about it, just do it
