My wife has found freedom again....

My wife used to be a avid runner until a disease took that joy away from her. She was downhearted until she found her VELOTRIC DISCOVER BIKE. We shopped around and kept coming back to this brand and was so excited to order this cyan dream bike. It only took a moment to assemble for her and after that she hardly gets off the comfy seat. The quality and color along with the huge smile she has when riding makes this a fantastic investment. Thank you for providing an exceptional E-bike and after sale help. This year we will be putting on hundreds of miles and enjoying every one of them.

I believe the measure of a company is not if their product never has an issue or defect, but rather how they respond in the event they do have a product issue. I had need for assistance and it was immediately addressed. I had a couple issues that I would call defect and oversight, this were also addressed and corrected with speed, efficiency, and understanding. the customer support rep was outstanding in his communication, and effectiveness in resolving the problems. The bike is excellent. My wife and I bought the Discovery 1 models and have been out riding more consistently than we have in years. The power assist and controls really are easy and intuitive. We don't just use the power assist, we use the gears and limited assist to give an effective work out. It really has been a treat to have the Velotric Discovery 1. I recommend the brand and the service that is behind the brand.
