GREAT BIKE!!

Wished it had hydraulic brakes. The mechanical brakes are noisy.

I guess it’s okay, I wouldn’t know.. after 6 weeks of waiting and no communication from this company I still don’t have the bike. Such poor business ethics. To find out anything you have to call and hope they answer the phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far it’s good Just on installation of your problem but I got it fixed and the digital readout is broken got a replace put it together

I'm 75 years old and can no longer take long rides on a conventional bike so I thought I'd give the Discover 1 a try. My bike arrived in 1 week and was easy to assemble and ride, albeit, with a certain learning curve due to the weight. The result, much greater mobility than I've had in years. Now able to ride the Bay Trail around San Francisco Bay for the first time in a decade. So far, I'm completely satisfied.

Assembly was difficult. Instructions were not detailed enough for person with average knowledge of tools and bikes. I am 5’3” with average leg length and although seat is positioned as low as possible, my toes just reach the ground. I would not recommend the bike for someone shorter than 5’3”. The bike design is really nice. I chose the pearl white. It’s a little on the beige side and a nice color contrast with the black. It’s really fun to ride and the power assist is great on hills for this 64 year old. A little scary to use the power assist at first but now have a comfort level. Seat comfort is just OK. The bike is pretty heavy. Not sure I could lift it by myself onto a car rack. All in all, happy with purchase.

Just bought 2. Wonder why there is no chain guard. A bike as useful as these should have a chain guard. It takes only one accident related to pants caught in chain to ruin a good thing.
