I don't expect perfect bikes. Nobody makes one! However I do expect first class service when needed. Velotric response to my request was fast and clear. Ultimately I ended up taking the bike to Charlotte Cycles who installed the repair parts for me in one day. Charlotte Cycles and Velotric got us back on the trail and the warranty was completely covered. Thanks for the great service!

I find it interesting that a not so positive review of Velotric doesn’t appear anywhere? Seems if you delete the negative reviews you are blurring the feedback received and attempting to keep future customers from seeing all sides of your company. Highly disappointing.

Excellent site, decent pricing, super packing and instructions for assembly, reasonably quick shipping and delivery. Ridden just a few times at this time but nicely engineered for the value. Accessories are well packed and install quickly without any issues.

I have never had a nice bike before and it is a completely different experience! It is so smooth and easy to ride. As a senior adult, this is a game changer. I can now get out and about with my husband. I’ve never been able to keep up with him. Looking forward to a lot of fun!
