Discover 1 fun!

This is my first foray into the e-bike world and I think it's a great bike to start with. There are a lot of good bikes out there but what makes the Discover 1 great is attention to detail. Having the battery placed on top of the frame instead of the bottom makes installation and removal easier. I don't have to turn the wheel to remove and install it which is awkward. Also, the kickstand being placed towards to rear to avoid it colliding with the crank is brilliant. Little things like that shows a lot of thought was given during the design phase. The bike brings me a lot of joy...20mph is plenty fast for me!

Bike great! Shipping box damaged in threeLocations. Box could use moreReinforcement on ends. Bike arrived on time as promised.Need to practice riding But love the Bike.Tks. Bringing back many Memories for this 80 year old.Robert

I purchased the Velotric Discover I bike in July. We have already put over 100 miles on it! At this moment, my son is riding it up the hill in Prince Edward Island to look at the views. I recently was diagnosed with a partially torn tendon. In trying to exercise, I bought this bike. It’s been a game changer! Thank you Velotric!

Love the bike.... assembly was rather straight forward and it helped that all the tools needed were included. All the adjustments of the seat are easy and ride quality is good.... have not yet been able to test out the range.

Good Bikes

Got our bikes a couple of weeks ago. We are really enjoying them! Great for exploring rail trails. These bikes have great features that make bike riding so much easier. The only issue is the seat which we are finding hard on our butts, so looking for more comfortable seating. Also although they are good about responding to emails I found the answers to be limited and it’s impossible to reach by phone which is concerning.

Rally impressed with quality of the bikes I purchased for my wife and myself. Even the shipping boxes were well designed! Assembly was straight forward and video available on internet made it easy. Pad 30 miles today and bikes performed flawlessly. Highly recommend the Discover 1.

So far my activity level has jumped and my Velotric Discover 1 Urban Commuter Ebike is the reason. my wife and I are averaging 10 miles a week to start and I'm pumped every time we go.
