easy to use although i found it strange at the beginning kettle wobbled on its stand.

My second Chefman. The first lasted years so I bought another, a more expensive model with better features. I expect to love it too!

Love it, but started leaking

I generally like the Chefman products I have bought and used. love the electric gooseneck kettle and use it daily. However, after several months of use, I found it sitting in a puddle of water on my counter this morning, because it has begun leaking at the bottom of the handle. This is a huge disappointment. Now, I will find out how much I like the Chefman warranty process.
