Love it, but started leaking

I generally like the Chefman products I have bought and used. love the electric gooseneck kettle and use it daily. However, after several months of use, I found it sitting in a puddle of water on my counter this morning, because it has begun leaking at the bottom of the handle. This is a huge disappointment. Now, I will find out how much I like the Chefman warranty process.

Matcha made easy

It helps a lot with my matchas and teas. Just a heads up, when you fill it to the max line and it stops boiling, the water comes out of the spout and spills all over. I’ve started taking the top off just before it boils so it doesn’t spill.

Love that pour!

I like the size of this kettle, I thought that having a kettle that didn’t have a 1 litre capacity would be too small but it’s perfect and doesn’t use too much counter space. The pour is easy and exact and having different preset temperatures does make a difference.
