I bought this for a recent trip cross country and, honestly, this bag will replace all luggage I own. this is the first expandable bag ive seen that doesnt look like trash when expanded. im so happy I got this bag and will use this , hopefully, for years to come.
I found this 65L Duffel Backpack is a perfect size to work as a travel bag loaded with 2 medium packing cubes, 2 small packing cubes, wash pouch, Shoe pouch, tech pouch. Also, I can add a 5L Camera Sling bag. I like the size because the duffel bag does not bulky and the designer makes many handles and carry belts in all direction. The benefits make me feel well-organized not only for travelling but carry 3 sets of 10L Camera Sling Bag or 4 sets of 5L Camera Sling Bag carrying wireless transmitter & receiver in addition to one 5" field monitor. Therefore, It is a good organizer. Finally, I must say that the quality of material used make me have a very good impression. Also, the design is the most important factor that I have purchased 2 Black and 1 Sage of this 65L Duffel Bag.
I'm loving the build of this travel duffelpack and the neat, wide and convenient access to the main volume! I can't wait to put it through its paces and take it out for outdoor expeditions as soon as the global travel restrictions lift significantly!
I have to be honest I own a lot of Peak Design bags and accessories. I love all of the bags but travel duffel is my favorite. Tons of storage room and every aspect of this bag has been thought out! I wouldn't change a thing except add more color choices. Keep up the good work.
I was looking for an easy to carry, large bag for when I am away for several days and need lots of gear. This bag seemed to fit the bill, so I ordered it along with some accessories. I now use it all the time, day trips, outings and longer trips into the Aussie bush. It is comfortable when used as a back pack, feels lighter than the load whan carried as a duffel bag and access via the main zip is easy and leads to a cavernous main storage area. Love this bag.
Great duffel This product is exactly what I was hoping for used it many times on weekend trips.great for keeping your stuff separated but easy to get to . Also purchased the wash pouch . Again very pleased I like the way everything has its own place. Definitely recommend it for the weekend warrior
This Duffelpack is one of those products that I really wanted to keep but decided to return because I didn't see how it would fit into my routine. The quality and features of this bag are a steal for the price. The backpack harness system is better than most dedicated backpacks, including my V1 Everyday Backpack. I like the interior pockets and their placement on the lid, and I like the size and location of the exterior pockets. All of the pockets are zippered and there isn't a smidge of Velcro anywhere. The Sage color and fabric are downright classy. I sadly packed up this beauty and returned it because I couldn't carry it or pack it like a more traditional duffel. Duffel-backpacks as a category are on a spectrum: some are better duffels while others are better backpacks. The Duffelpack is definitely more backpack than duffel, and my back is already occupied by my Everyday Backpack. The Duffelpack is not practical to hand-carry or sling over your shoulder because it is relatively wide, the top grab handles are hard to hold, and there is no over-shoulder strap (easily eliminates that carry mode, haha). I also struggled to pack the Duffelpack because the single long zip is bar-tacked at the ends. The opening is like PacMan's mouth. If the ends were not permanently attached, then it would be more like packing a box, which is easier. Additionally, the single long zip design does not allow overstuffing. It makes packing compressible things like down coats very difficult.
