Most of what you need will fit.

Two mirrorless cameras, microphones and lenses.... I can fit almost everything I need for work in this bag.
And it's so easy to use.
I've tried many camera bags in the past, but I finally found one that I like.
I want to use it not only for work but also for traveling.

Ultimate Gear Carry & Storage
on May 14, 2021

I hesitated somewhat before buying this bag, but I didn't hesitate at all when it came to buying a second one, and that should say it all. I use these all the time, any time I need to lug around more gear than a basic backpack can handle, and they're also fantastic for organizing gear when not in use. It's great having everything in one place, and knowing it's so easy to move when needed. Couldn't ask for more from the straps, handles, etc., and the durability score is off the charts.

Great Bag for Carry On Travel
on April 16, 2021

I just took the first trip using this bag. It is perfect as a carry on bag. In the main compartment I carried my Leica kit (M and 3 lenses) in a small PD camera cube, PD electronics pouch, PD field bag with Contax T2 and 6 rolls of film, MacBook Pro 13 inch and 11 inch iPad Pro, ThinkTank See thru pouch for filters and accessories. I put my backup hard drive in the interior side pocket. I put a beach towel on the bottom to provide padding for the laptop. In the side pockets, I kept my sunglasses, small leather folio for field notes and pen, charging brick and a few chords, and my cell phone and sunglasses. The pack was on the heavy side and from the top very wide, so I configured the shoulder strap so the bag hung by its sides and it fit well under my arm with the strap cross-body. In the end, I found for short spurts to and from and in the airport using the top carry handles as backpack straps worked fine. The backpack configuration is not optimal the straps can be a bit uncomfortable in the shoulder area, but the weight was still distributed well. The pack fit beautifully in the overhead compartment on the plane. I am so glad I used PD products for the trip. I could easily interchange my PD slide onto the camera body, onto the field pocket or onto the camera cube for different forms of day carry. My PD tripod could have fit easily into the main compartment, but I left it at home this time. The product is extremely well made with tough zippers. Well done!

Great Travel Pack
on March 31, 2021

Awesome pack that has been great for trips from 3 days to 10+. Love the functionality and the bombproof materials and construction. I finally upgraded from a decade old NF duffel and couldn't be happier I went with the PD duffelpack.

After years of trying out different bags, I can't believe I finally found a bag that I'll happily use for the rest of my life. It's extremely well made, durable, aesthetic, versatile, and functional. Sometimes I just look at it and it brings me joy.

It took me awhile to choose what travel bag I wanted next. I couldn't be happier that I landed on the Peak Travel Duffle. The function and quality are amazing. I like this company! I will continue to buy from them, the travel backpack is next on my list.

Yeah, This Really Is the Best Duffel Out There
on February 16, 2021

I waited to see if this was a good duffel replacement or if I'm just another PD fan and have to own it. I found that my travel style abroad has shifted from a backpacker's backpack (65L) to a duffel for it's convenience. I had been sporting the Patagonia Blackhole series (55L) for a few years now. While I like the wait of it, it's exactly as expected-- one big duffel.
What shifted me over to the PD duffel is the intuitive design with handles, storable shoulder straps, and the packing cube system. I also liked that I can start out at 45L and then expand as my trip goes along, which is great for 2-3 week long trips. I tend to go to places that are very remote and so a wheel bag tends to be a problem because of gravel roads. I needed something I can easily grab and go.
I've been so impressed with this duffel and how surprisingly versatile it is. Plus with how well PD products are made, I can see it holding up to years of travels and mileage. The price is quite reasonable for years worth of use out of it.

Huge bag with Loads of features!
on January 31, 2021

Love this bag, it originally arrived without the external straps but customer service immediately fixed that issue by sending me new ones. This bag is huge but not unmanageable. I recently took a trip to Yellowstone and had plenty of room for camera gear and cloths! The expansion zipper came in handy on the way home. Highly recommend this bag!
