I had a zipper malfunction and sent in the warranty form. The response took a couple of days but after the process was complete I received the replacement very quickly

HELP! All my products are Peak Design!

I’ve been buying PD products since they first came out with their original Everyday Backpack, and there’s a reason why I now have something like 8-9 of their products. They’re just that great in quality, functionality, and aesthetics. And in the rare case when something breaks, PD really does live up to their lifetime warranty, which is how I ended up with the Everyday Backpack v2. It has almost every bit of functionality of the v1 with some enhancements that I enjoy. And working with their customer service was super easy. 11/10, would recommend!

i have owned this backpack for around 2 years now and it is the best bag i have ever used, the quality of all the materials is so good and i’ve never had an issue with it.

I bought the 30L everyday backpack as my main photography backpack after using other brands and i'm really happy with it. Great modular system and the fit and finish are exceptional.
